Dues and Fees
Annual Membership Dues
The annual dues, as approved by the Regency Estates Swim Club (RESC) Board of Directors, are as follows:
- Family Unit: $1,000
Covers all eligible members of a household.
- Two-Person Household: $770
Covers two household members, and at least one member must be age 18 or older. Examples include:
–Two adults
–One adult and one child
- One-Person Household: $530
Covers one adult age 18 or older.
- Senior Special: $215 per qualifying member
Available to qualified certificate-holders who are age 65 or older.
- Non-resident caregiver fee: $100
Allows a caregiver who does not reside in the household to accompany and assist a member.
A waiver of Annual Dues for inactive members may be granted for up to two consecutive seasons at a rate of $195 per season.
New Member Requirements
Upon joining Regency Estates Swim Club, new members are required to pay:
- A non-refundable Initiation Fee of $350.
- A Membership Certificate valued at $1,000.
New members may choose one of the following options:
—Purchase a certificate from RESC for $1,000. The certificate may be paid in four annual installments; however, voting rights are not granted until the certificate has been paid in full.
—Purchase a certificate directly from a resigned member. Please note that RESC does not facilitate certificate sales between private parties. - Annual membership dues based on the selected membership category.
Membership certificates represent an equity interest in the club and are a one-time purchase required for membership.
