RESERVING A PARTY AT THE POOL

What better way to celebrate a kid’s birthday or other special event by renting the black top and picnic table area or perhaps the shady pavilion? The pool is available for your event!

Please note: Your party is not considered reserved until payment has been made through your account online.  Once you fill out the form, your account will be billed accordingly.  Once payment is received, your reservation is noted on the public calendar.

  • Our picnic table area is being reimagined for this upcoming summer to enhance the party experience for our members and guests.
  • A non-refundable fee of $250 is required to reserve the blacktop and/or picnic tables for parties and functions.
  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
  • The number of guests for the event cannot exceed 30.
  • The event is limited to 3 hours.

  • A non-refundable fee of $500 is required to reserve the Pavilion for parties and functions.
  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
  • The number of guests for the event cannot exceed 30.

  • New this summer for the first time, you can now reserve the pool after hours on Saturdays during the summer from 8:30-10:30
  • A non-refundable fee of $750 is required to reserve the entire pool for parties and functions.
  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
  • The number of guests for the event cannot exceed 50.
  • The event is limited to 10:30 stop time to ensure we are closed up by 11:00.

FOR PARTIES OVER 30 PEOPLE:

  • A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to reserve the area of choice (blacktop/picnic tables or pavilion).
  • A fee flat fee of $500 is required for large parties. This fee will cover the cost of management, lifeguards (2-3 depending on number of swimmers) and use of facilities.
