Picnic Table Rental Terms Listed below:
1. A Picnic Table rental request may only be submitted by a Swim Club member, 18 years of age or older.
2. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to the rules of the Swim Club.
3. Refunds are at the Manager's discretion due to inclement weather. If you wish to cancel, you must call the morning of your party.
4. Once the Manager approves your request, you are required to pay in full by logging into your Member Splash account. Please allow 48 hours for your party to appear on the calendar after your payment has been received.
5. Number of total guests is limited to 30.
6. Event is limited to 3 hours.
